Scientist, Dr Mores, exchanges plans to build a machine. The machine turns into a "Monster Machine". Attacking and eating other robots, all the while growing larger.
A package arrives with parts for a robot. One part, a voice box, keeps saying "Horace" and "Mr Aurora". It's the Hooligan Gang causing trouble again.
